Irvin B. Shannon is retired from the Auto Grooming Industry where he has spent over 40 years as an entreprenuer. Honorably discharge Air Force Veteran acheiving various medal including the commendation medal. Founder and Chairman of the Board of the Harmonious Volunteer Center since January, 1998, Shannon provides leadership development to the nonprofit organization that focuses on five major projects supported by 28 various programs for the improvement of the quality of life for people.
