- Mr. Sigman concentrates his practice in the areas of complex civil and criminal litigation, catastrophic injuries, election law, defamation, fraud, civil RICO, drug forfeiture, and white-collar criminal defense. He has been selected as a "Pennsylvania Rising Star Super Lawyer" by Philadelphia Magazine for 2005 through 2008 and as a “2006 Lawyer on the Fast Track” by The Legal Intelligencer.
Mr. Sigman is admitted to Practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Courts of New Jersey, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Northern District of New York, and Northern District of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Third and Sixth Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. Scott has served as a CLE lecturer on the use of technology in the courtroom, criminal law and procedure, election law, and prosecuting felony drug cases for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Philadelphia Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association, Pennsylvania District Attorneys Institute, National Black Prosecutors Association, and the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. Scott is also a regularly featured guest on Eleanor Dezzi’s “Voices of the Village” on 900 AM WURD, ESPN Radio 920 AM, and “It’s Your Call with Lynn Doyle” on CN8 as a criminal law correspondent.
